Camp Pendleton encompasses 11 military treatment facilities and clinics, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the military community. Arise Staffing supports staffing requirements across all associated facilities in the North San Diego County area.
Arise Staffing maintains a Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan in accordance with DFARS 252.237-7024 for all supported facilities including Camp Pendleton.
- Continuity of operations maintained for up to 30 days during crisis or extended disruption events, ensuring uninterrupted staffing at supported facilities
- Personnel are credentialed, trained, and prepared for relocation to alternate facilities or remote performance when required by mission conditions
- Alert and notification procedures are in place for rapid mobilization of essential contractor personnel at all supported installations
- All contractor employees receive documented roles and responsibilities under mission continuation protocols, ensuring clarity during periods of crisis
